Certo che quel "mini" fa un po' ridere. Immaginati una mini-patrimoniale dell'1% su un quadro di valore destinato a durare 100 anni. Si tratterebbe di una tassazione con aliquota pari al 100%. Vogliamo chiamarlo mini-sequestro dei beni?
