Oppure: scegli 10.000 cittadini a caso, sottoponili ad un corso intensivo di educazione civica e fai votare solo loro.
Insomma, ci sono varie forme di epistemocrazia, il concetto chiave è che non tutti possono votare, così come non tutti possono fare l'idraulico o il parrucchiere.
