Non esistono parcheggi gratis

Ogni volta che scarrozzo sulla riviera ligure e vedo dei parcheggi gratuiti mi viene un coccolone.
Donald Shoup è la persona che meglio può capirmi. Si tratta del massimo esperto di "spreco da parcheggio gratuito".  Il saggio " There Ain't No Such Thing as Free Parking" è uno dei tanti in cui ripete i suoi concetti.
