Sembra che molti vivano nel terrore che Google o Facebook violino la privacy dei cittadini “rubando” i nostri dati personali.
Non credo che queste paure siano sincere.
Non ho mai visto questi critici veramente preoccupati per la loro privacy. Perché non denunciano chi sparla alle loro spalle? Non è forse questa una violazione ben più grave della privacy personale?
Se la privacy non c0entra cosa ci muove?
Forse si denuncia perché ci piace apparire dei “cuor di leone” con nemici potenti (che in realtà nemmeno sanno della nostra esistenza). Oppure perché non ci piace non essere in “completo controllo della situazione”. E’ una questione di “controllo” più che di “privacy”. Lo stesso (irrazionale) motivo per cui sulla nostra auto siamo più tranquilli che su un aereo.

Contro i finti problemi basta una finta soluzione. Contro le finte malattie basta un placebo. In questi casi il placebo è una legge meramente simbolica che non sposti ma, con la sua sola presenza, tranquillizzi chi sente di aver perso il “controllo della situazione”.

Sentirsi in colpa è risibile: diventare ricchi è OK!
Sei considerazioni:
1) Molti disprezzano i ricchi ma se potessero diventarlo non si tirerebbero indietro: evidentemente il loro disprezzo è solo una posa.
2) E’ più che ragionevole voler diventare ricchi. I soldi ci allungano la vita, ci rendono più liberi e più felici, inoltre, fanno bene anche all’amore e alle relazioni in generale.
3) Arricchirsi onestamente non fa male a nessuno (invidiosi a parte). Anzi, nella società contemporanea giova anche agli altri.
4) Difficile che un ricco sia tale perché fortunato/prepotente e un povero perché sfigato/oppresso. Guarda ai paesi: quelli poveri sono tali per ragioni che prescindono dal colonialismo, dallo sfruttamento o dalla presenza di risorse naturali.
5) Con buona pace di alcuni stravaganti filosofi il ricco non ha il dovere di donare tutto ai poveri. Questo anche se la generosità resta una virtù.

6) Il lusso è una sonda proiettata nel futuro: cio’ che oggi consumano i ricchi lo consumeremo noi tutti tra dieci anni. In questo senso il ricco svolge un ruolo di “cavia” a beneficio dell’intera società.

LA QUESTIONE AMBIENTALE AFFRONTATA E RISOLTA

In fondo bastano tre misure:
1) Tassare i combustibili fossili (carbon tax; si puo’ iniziare con 40 euro la tonnellata).
2) Eliminare ogni regolamentazione ambientale e i relativi sussidi (solare, auto elettrica…).
3) Girare in automatico il gettito della carbon tax ai cittadini sotto forma di credito d’imposta (il governo non deve vedere un euro).

I pregi: chi inquina paga, chi è inquinato è risarcito ma soprattutto la scelta ambientale è guidata dai prezzi anziché dai “profeti ambientalisti” che ci molestano H24 da giornali e TV.

La mia impressione è che nella chiesa riforme del genere eccitino soprattutto i vecchi ("generazione Bergoglio"): le hanno sognate da giovani preti rivoluzionari e ora che sono al potere possono renderle più concrete.

La nuova generazione di preti cattolici - la generazione "Lenny Belardo" - è interessata ad altro.

La Roma sotto Francesco assomiglia molto alla Washington sotto Trump, in fondo Bergoglio è il portatore di un metodo tipicamente sudamericano che nell'era dei populismi ha avuto molti epigoni: quel suo presentarsi come il "papa del popolo", quello stile altamente personalizzato e mai visto prima, quella volontà di "fare casino" attraverso sparate e ambiguità mettendo poi la confusione generata al servizio di una rivoluzione interna, la retorica ricca di accuse e insulti verso "il potere", la sciattezza utile a presentarsi come outsider, l'autoritarismo più o meno sottotraccia grazie al quale occupare con i propri uomini tutte le posizioni di vertice...

Nelle aule di giustizia noi “accertiamo i fatti”.

E’ lì che troviamo i grandi esperti dell’ “accertamento”, loro sanno persino distinguere un fatto semplicemente “accertato” da un fatto “accertato oltre ogni ragionevole dubbio”.

Purtroppo basta un giochetto da ragazzi per incrinare questa fiducia negli operatori del diritto.

Poniamo di avere due urne di 100 palline: nella prima – l’urna proibita - ci sono 70 palline bianche e 30 nere, nella seconda – l’urna accessibile - 30 bianche e 70 nere. Tu, giudice, hai di fronte a te un ragazzo con in mano un dozzina di palline (8 bianche e 4 nere). Sai che le ha estratte a caso da una delle due urne. Ora, che fai? Condanni perché colpevole “oltre ogni ragionevole dubbio” o scagioni per mancanza di prove?

Il problemino è stato sottoposto a giudici di tribunale e ad altri operatori del diritto. A parte risposte stravaganti del tipo: “la mia esperienza mi insegna che la realtà è contorta e ingannevole, mai fidarsi quindi delle apparenze”, in genere si è capito che il bimbo aveva violato “l’urna proibita”. Ma si poteva condannarlo? I “professionisti dell’accertamento dei fatti” quantificavano la probabilità di colpevolezza intorno al 55%.

In realtà è del 98%, basta un calcolino di terza ragioneria per scoprirlo. Ma “i professionisti dell’accertamento” non erano in grado di farlo.

La differenza tra 55 e 98 è enorme, ma soprattutto in mezzo ci sta la soglia fatidica del “ragionevole dubbio”. Ma dove sta poi questa fatidica soglia? A quota 70? A quota 80? A quota 99? I primi ad ignorarlo sono quelli che con questa soglia ci lavorano tutti i giorni, se chiedi a loro fanno scena muta. Prendo allora per buone le parole del giurista William Blackstone il quale sosteneva: “meglio dieci colpevoli fuori che un innocente in galera”, il che si traduce in una soglia del 90%, ovvero si condanna solo con probabilità di colpevolezza superiore al 90%. Direi che nel nostro caso anche la prudenziale soglia-Blackstone viene superata abbondantemente in barba alla miopia degli “accertatori”.

Quando parla un dilettante lo vedi subito: collega tutto con tutto. Non c’è nesso che lui non sia in grado di stabilire (se lo vuole).
In questo la scienza e la logica lo incoraggiano: la prima adotta il metodo induttivo e nel metodo induttivo “tutto c’entra con tutto”.
Nel metodo scientifico ogni informazione è utile allo scopo, magari poco ma è utile. Ma perché?
Prendiamo l’affermazione “tutti i corvi sono neri”, come testarla usando il “metodo scientifico”?

Qui sta il bello. Facciamo una traduzione logica dell’affermazione “tutti i corvi sono neri”: “tutti gli oggetti che non sono neri sono non-corvi”. Aver incontrato un pappagallo verde e giallo corrobora chiaramente la seconda affermazione, e quindi anche la prima che ne è l’equivalente. Ovvero: i pappagalli c’entrano con i corvi… “tutto c’entra con tutto” (cvd).

N.B. Il metodo scientifico è spesso vilipeso, per esempio nelle aule di giustizia: impedire ai membri di una giuria popolare di avere contatti con l’esterno o di leggere il giornale significa non capire la scienza, ovvero il fatto che “tutto c’entra con tutto”.

Difficile dirlo, la variabile è “ad Alta Densità Causale” (ADS) e in più il fenomeno refrattario agli esperimenti, bisogna procedere per correlazioni. In questi casi ognuno puo’ dire la sua, e io dico la mia: c’è ormai ben poco da rubare o rapinare.
Un tempo giravo con centinaia di euro nel portafoglio, specie se ero lontano da casa. Oggi mi porto dietro giusto qualche euro per i bar che sbuffano davanti alla carta di credito o non accettano satispay. A casa mia cosa possono rubare? Nulla! Contro i disperati che girano col piede di porco basta c’è la blindata. Un tempo forse poteva far gola la mia TV, oggi ne ho una molto migliore ma che vale ben poco (meglio comprarsela al supermercato che rischiare il furto con scasso). Il PC? Stesso discorso. Il cellulare? Mi sembra un’impresa (è bloccato in mille modi e comunque tracciabile). L’auto? La scatola nera me la protegge, e poi tra poco l’avrò solo a noleggio.

P.S. per chi vive nel culto dei fatti: meno piombo nell’aria, meno crimini. Sembra che la variabile “piombo” sia quella che collima meglio con i trend legati al crimine violento.

A prima vista è quell’epoca in cui per 4 secoli gli intelletti più raffinati hanno creduto che per stabilire la colpevolezza di un’ imputato bastasse spingerlo a raccattare un anello gettato nell’acqua bollente di un pentolone. Se si ustionava era colpevole, se restava illeso innocente.

Che ridere.

Poi scopri che: 1) la fede era diffusa 2) l’ammissione alla procedura cavillosa 3) le sentenze quasi tutte di innocenza, 4) gli infedeli (ebrei, mussulmani…) non ammessi, 5) le procedure somministrate da una casta come quella sacerdotale avvolta da mille misteri.

Ora, immaginatevi un colpevole: non chiederà mai l’ordalia… smascherando così la sua colpevolezza. La chiederà invece con forza l’innocente che verrà scagionato dall’acqua tiepida immessa dai sacerdoti in gran segreto.

Ergo, in un mondo senza i mezzi per fare indagini degne di questo nome la giustizia era ugualmente assicurata dal genio. Ancora una volta il genio del medioevo ci ha fregato.

Tutto quel che non ci piace lo indichiamo al pubblico ludibrio gridando divertiti: “gomloddo!!!”.
L’argomento contro le teorie cospiratorie è noto: non puoi gestire in segreto una vasta organizzazione.
Detto questo, si capisce come non possiamo parlare di “complotto” quando sono coinvolte poche persone.
Difficile parlarne anche quando sono coinvolte associazioni segrete per statuto: i servizi segreti non ordiscono complotti, fanno il loro lavoro. Se la CIA manomette le elezioni all’estero fa solo il suo lavoro. Diversa, per esempio, l’ipotesi per cui la CIA abbia manomesso le elezioni americane: questa sì che un’ipotesi “complottarda” poiché implica una cospirazione all’interno della CIA stessa.
Ma c’è di più: la cultura è il mezzo più efficace per coordinare l’azione di molte persone. Esempio, il gruppo Alfa è interessato ad ottenere X. Come procedere? Se gli Alfa fossero ladri pianificherebbero un furto (complotto), ma su larga scala esistono modi di procedere molto diversi. Di solito ci si inventa un “diritto a X”, ci si autoconvince di avere il “diritto a X”, si diffonde la cultura del “diritto degli Alfa a X” e ben presto, se tutto va liscio, si otterrà X. E’ una dinamica comunemente seguita che non definirei certo “complotto del gruppo Alfa”. Esempio: come puo’ chi ha meno ottenere le ricchezze di chi ha di più? Ci si inventano dei diritti sulla base dei quali combattere le diseguaglianze attraverso la “ridistribuzione”. Detto questo, non esiste un complotto dei poveri ai danni dei ricchi ma solo un coordinamento delle forze sociali attraverso la cultura e l’autoinganno. Se gli impiegati statali sono tutti statalisti non è perché sotto c’è un complotto, piuttosto sono accomunati da interessi che nel tempo so coagulano in “cultura statalista”.
Eviterei allora di parlare di complotto quando i gruppi accusati esprimono interessi comuni e/o una cultura comune.

Forse no. Forse è una religione più che un’ideologia.
Un sotto-culto della più vasta religione postmoderna a cui aderisce una tribù che prega il suo Dio ripetendo ossessivamente il mantra trinitario della Giustizia Sociale: Equità, Diversità, Inclusione. Comandamento centrale: “Io sono io e ho tutto il diritto di esserlo”. Dogma 1: la conoscenza è una costruzione sociale. Dogma 2: la Verità è un artefatto del Potere. Dogma 3: il Potere è oppressivo. L’obbiettivo sarebbe quello di liberare parte dell’umanità dal demone dell’ Oppressione e l’altra metà dal peccato originale del Privilegio. Il nemico è la Natura umana… ma direi la Natura in generale (un po’ come per il Creazionismo). Oppure "l’Odio" e l'odio è ovunque e senza fine - razzismo, sessismo, misoginia, omofobia, transfobia, e avanti e avanti. Il Santo di questa religione è la Vittima, in nome della quale innalziamo il nostro Lamento quotidiano. Il Piagnisteo è la tipica modalità in cui vive l’adepto. Se esiste una verità che nuoce alla causa della Vittima si parla automaticamente di Violenza della Verità e il rigore nell’indagine diventa un tagliente strumento di dominio. I tre Profeti: Foucault, Derrida e Lyotard. Mi sembra chiaro che da una simile prospettiva la razionalità sia esclusa e la credenza si identifichi con la conoscenza. L’illuminazione si raggiunge grazie alla propria interiorità: “cerca il Dio che è in te… cerca in te lo stupro che hai compiuto o subito… se non lo trovi devi cercare ancora…”. Chi sgarra è tenuto a pentirsi con rituali degni di Calvino (tipo il Barilla costretto ad andare in TV a porgere le sue scuse per una pubblicità azzardata). Si prega spesso utilizzando un gergo che segnala anche l’appartenenza alla tribù (il termine “fascismo” è centrale in tutte le ciacolatorie).
Come ogni religione occorre produrre “senso”, “identità” e “controllo sociale”: l’ossessione sui simbolismi e sulla narrativa (politicamente corretta) serve a quello, la polizia del linguaggio è sempre di ronda. Ma basta l’illusione del controllo: che la gente pensa che “gli zingari rubano” è indifferente, l’importante è che venga giù il mondo se lo dicono. Occorre anche una mitologia: Patriarcato, Colonialismo, Clericalismo assolvono alla funzione di individuare il Dominatore e l’Oppresso.

Scopo ultimo? Il potere.

I fatti il più delle volte non ci dicono un bel niente. Prendete questo: le famiglie più ricche di Firenze oggi sono le stesse che primeggiavano nel 1427. Lo dice un’analisi sui cognomi.

Come interpretare “il fatto”?

1) L’avvento della meritocrazia è solo apparente: il sistema dei privilegi è forte oggi come ieri.
