L'alternativa al soggettivismo a valle è il soggettivismo a monte

Anche prima, senza alcun vulnus alla dottrina, i divorziati-risposati potevano essere riammessi alla Comunione: bastava che annullassero il loro matrimonio precedente. Molte cause oggettive lo consentivano ma soprattutto la mancanza di un “vero consenso”, un requisito facile da piegare alle proprie esigenze. Di fatto veniva richiesta quale prova di reale pentimento la volontà di spendere e imbarcarsi in un processo presso la Sacra Rota. Da un punto di vista profano direi che si trattava di un’ottima prova: gli economisti parlerebbero di “preferenza rivelata”.

Perché l'inscindibilità del matrimonio è tanto importante

Oggi ho imparato perché la Chiesa Cattolica, prima di Francesco, si sia tanto battuta per sostenere l'inscindibilità del matrimonio:
1) è un insegnamento che ha consentito di superare la concezione romana parificando i due sessi all'interno del matrimonio;
2) è un insegnamento che collega direttamente il cattolicesimo alle Scritture quando le altre confessioni cristiane hanno invece deciso su questo punto di deviare;
3) è un insegnamento che conserva coerente la metafora paolina della Chiesa come sposa di Cristo;
4) La fedeltà a questo insegnamento (eroico) è stata pagata a caro prezzo inimicandosi molte monarchie europee, a partire dall'Inghilterra di Enrico VIII.

La triplice storia del Concilio

La storia del Concilio Vaticano II.
I versione. Uno spirito di rinnovamento sabotato prima dalle “forze conservatrici” della Curia, poi da papi paurosi (Poalo VI), infine da Papi reazionari (GPII e BXII). Anche per questo la Chiesa soffre.
II versione) Una voglia di adattamento di cui si è appropriato un certo radicalismo le cui degenerazioni, nonostante l’azione di freno di papi come GPII e BXII, ancora fanno soffrire la Chiesa.
III versione) Un’ assise in cui si è palesata una fondamentale spaccatura nella Chiesa, appena dissimulata dietro documenti vaghi e prolissi e concetti ancor più nebulosi (“Spirito del Concilio”). I cattolici sono fondamentalmente divisi e la Chiesa soffre, collassando quando prevale la voce progressista, rallentando appena la ritirata quando prevale quella conservatrice.

Il futuro della Chiesa: non sarà un Papa a riformarla ma i cattolici. Si tenteranno molte vie e nel fallimento generalizzato alcune avranno successo e saranno benedette anche dai vertici.
